In spring, said my father, rabbits tend to get a little crazy, extrovert and full of energy after all that winter rest. Delighted with the change in weather or perhaps driven by a craving for family expansion they put on crash helmets and jump about the woods in a wild frenzy, hitting their little helmet clad heads against branches and tree trunks.
